Architecture of empathy

Can you make an architecture that is homeless? The building without a site is like a homeless person on the streets. In particular it is the demographic age range of 20 that is chosen. There is need for empathy for the homeless in young adults. There is a concern for depression which can not be cured with specific means but the project is about showing empathy rather than a solution.

I used a fog light in 3ds max to create that effect.

This is what qualities I want the base structure to have

New insight about the project

First attempt, base model

This is when you combine a floating object with a tracking device on it. I am still in search for a tool that checks for health. But I realized, weight was an issue if I were to make a mobile city. It would need to have legs or stabilizers. I proved I could make this. If there was a large base of a city with many custom made cranes, that would by my design. Though relating to the the first project, I liked the fish gill theme.

Idea

From the research done, the idea to make a city follow humans turned out great. Getting it into the software was even tougher. I am thinking that I combine the tracker with a crane so the crane targets people. Collecting or grabbing people would be difficult but the quest for searching for a health detector is pointing futile.
