Architecture of empathy

Can you make an architecture that is homeless? The building without a site is like a homeless person on the streets. In particular it is the demographic age range of 20 that is chosen. There is need for empathy for the homeless in young adults. There is a concern for depression which can not be cured with specific means but the project is about showing empathy rather than a solution.
