First attempt, base model

This is when you combine a floating object with a tracking device on it. I am still in search for a tool that checks for health. But I realized, weight was an issue if I were to make a mobile city. It would need to have legs or stabilizers. I proved I could make this. If there was a large base of a city with many custom made cranes, that would by my design. Though relating to the the first project, I liked the fish gill theme.
